Do you think the cost of listing on ebay is getting too high? It seems to have gone up a bit over the last few years.

Of course! I hate the dreadful fee day that I must pay ebay for all those horrible fees. The listing cost has been rising slightly as time goes by on ebay. I hope they either stop or possibly decrease it.

don't worry about high listing fees ! don't worry about being suspended or worrying about a final value fee ! Our site is completely totally free, but in the near future we will only charge a small proportion ammount of money for the listings ! All ex-ebayers, here's your new home: www.maltonics.com/auctions

I haven't actually personally listed or sold anything on ebay for quite awhile now, but even when I did used to sell via ebay I found the fees on the high side to list my items. In fact, truth be told, the listing fees are one of the reasons I moved away from selling my items on ebay (just the cost of adding a picture to my item annoyed me) and instead I'm now an affiliate of ebay - so I still make money from them, it just doesn't cost me the fees to list etc (or have the worry about carrying the stock and shipping etc) I recently created a squidoo lens that shows a bit about being an ebay affilate if you're interested http://www.squidoo.com/earn-from-ebay
