before and after I bought my computer

before I buy it ,I think I need a computer so much ,I can use it to study english ,to practice my speaking and listenning abliity.I thought I could control myself,I would never do the things that have nothing to do with study.
now I know I was so wrong,and I have overestimated myself.after I bought it,I could not focus on my study .now I watch movies,and then I chat with my friend ,and again I play internet games.Oh my god ,I am wasting my time and my youth.
well,I hope I can figure a way out.
does someone have the same experience?

Well that happens, I too had the same fate as yours. During the first day that I bought my PC I was very excited and eager. I can even stay up 24 hours and watch movies, download stuffs, chat with friends and so much more. It was my intention beforehand to use my PC as a review equipment for my exams but to no avail I was hooked by other things online. Typical online games, chatrooms, flash games and movies got me crazy and I can't even open my CD reviewer to start reviewing. However, as time goes by I had a chance to redeem myself and focus well enough for my review, after a few weeks of being hooked to such entertainment, I dunno but I got bored really, so that moment I was able to focus well. I have realized that I there is a time for everything and I can manage my time for play and review. So thats what I did and so far I am having a great time playing and having more time reviewing.
