then, you are addicted to playing computer games. Once in a while, that might be a ok habit. I once played computer game for 6 hours too. I enjoy it, and I regretted that too. Why not spend more time on something constructive. Don't you think?

I think spending too much time in computer might be bad as we forget our other things in life. I think computer games are really good and I also sometimes spend too much time playing computer games. I think you can certainly increase English and typing speed by typing and also by spending time in myLot.

playing games once in a while to relieve yourself of stress is good but to be addicted to it and lack sleep, not eat right and be unproductive is not good at all. You are better off doing something else just as interesting but will benefit you better like mylotting, learning new things or reading books.

Anything too much will always be more harm than good. That's why there are rehabilitation centers because we need to get out of what our addiction is specially if it's controlling our lives and our thoughts too much. Not to mention that most addiction are not really productive. Soon you'll wake up realizing you've wasted all your life doing something that's not going to get you somewhere. I remember the time when I was really addicted to a computer game called 'the sims' for those who haven't played such a game, I'd say you've missed half your life, but it sure is really addicting. Soon I found myself spending all of my time in front of the computer just playing the game! I knew I should get out of that addiction but it was really difficult. Soon I decided once and for all to stop, I uninstalled it, and that was the last of that. You see, it's okay to play games for relaxation and such, but if it's dominating all your time and your life (to the point of keeping you from doing something productive and the point of keeping you from your family and friends) then that's not good. I'd suggest you do something about your addiction before it's too late. Good luck!

Hi there! Men are more prone to be addicted to playing video games. In a study that I have read, a part of the brain of men are more active than female and it gives them more satisfaction so it's somewhat normal for you to be addicted. Just don't strain your eyes too much so as not to affect your vision. Besides sitting long hours in front of your computer can give back pains and very tiring at times. Ciao!

There's a saying that "too much is really not good". You have to find a way to get your disciple back before it's too late. Your health will definitely suffer.

Your English isn't that bad but try to put a space after your (,). You don't have to put a space after the end of your sentence and then a period. You just end a sentence and put a period after it.

I play computer games as well, and I dont see the harm in it, as long as thats not the only thing you do all day, and you are not neglecting any of your daily responsibility's or loved ones then its fine to play computer games a lot of people do, but if its altering your life style and becoming some sort of addiction then maybe you should take a brake for a while.

Addiction isn't good. I would know because I've been addicted to a game called Runescape. But I'm done playing that now. I've learned my lesson. Addiction wears off soon enough though.

At least 6 hours? I can say it is too much. Well, during my college days I spent almost 10 hours a day in computer and only 6 hours in my school. That's not really good but I was so addicted to it especially in playing games and chatting. I tried to conviced myself during my last year in college to focused that time in my thesis and forget the world of ragnarok and mirc. You know what it works. I let myself to reach its maximum addiction in computer and let it fade slowly. It is just a matter of discipline.

The best way is to set an alarm clock to say 3 hours ... then at 3 hours just stop... or at the next save point stop playing ... don't let it take over your life
