"Everything happens for our good."This is the motto of optimists. But is it really true? This is a classic debate between optimists and pessimists. An optimist can view even a totally hapless situation to to be useful and enlightening whereas pessimists can even make the happiest moment of their lives miserable. For example, suppose an optimist's business crashed, and he was driven into poverty. Still he would view the situation in his favor since he decides he gained valuable experience. On the other hand, a pessimist whose business empire is booming always fears losses and crashes. A common conundrum illustrates optimism-versus-pessimism with the question, does one regard a given glass of water, filled to half its capacity, as half full or as half empty? Conventional wisdom expects optimists to reply, "Half full," and pessimists to respond, "Half empty" (assuming that "full" is considered good, and "empty", bad)."Another paradox sometimes associated with optimism is that the only thing an optimist cannot view as positive is a pessimist. Pessimism, however, as it acts as a check to recklessness, may even then be viewed in a positive light." Any thoughts?

If it is to hard to keep it is not meant to be! If you have to struggle to get something your on the wrong path. Look in proverbs in the bible. Whatever you want to find out about life is there. And Im not preaching even the chines live by those principles.
