on the way to work today black sabbath's paranoid came on the radio, and came on two more times while I was at work, and I just thought it was weird that black sabbath would be played on the sabbath, coincidentally on the sabbath that is said that Jesus was raised from the dead or whatever....am I looking way too far into this? or is it a sign?

Today is only the christian sabbath. There are other sabbaths you know. Friday is the muslim Sabbath and Saturday is The Jewish Sabbath. They play weird songs on those days too. Do you want a music blackout for three days to make everyone happy. Better that you just tune your radio to a classical station where you know there will not be any offensive music on your sabbath. Besides the christian's just picked a day out of a hat for the ressurection. This is not the actual day of your christ's ressurection. At the Council of Nicea the pope said that he did not want Easter to fall on the dirty Jewish Passover anymore so they changed the day. Well, this year it almost did, and occasionally it still does, because the Jews follow a lunar calendar. The pope still screwed up.lol Not to mention in the christian testament it says that the christ was in the grave for 3 days and nights. There are not 3 days and nights from Fri. to Sun. Think about it. Shalom~Adoniah

Yes but Sunday is not the seventh day, it is the first day of the week.

?????? Before a Jew ever set foot on the earth? Okay technically true I guess, but the bible is about one people, one bloodline, Adam is the root of that bloodline, G'd made shabot, who is man to change what G'd has done? It can not be done, a man can call a fox a chicken if he likes, but he will still be a fox.

Kenny haven't you figured out yet that I am Jewish and that I know these things? Sometimes I just try to explain it to those who do not know. Shalom

(or maybe that song is just overplayed. I never listen to metal radio cause all I expect to hear are Stairway to Heaven by Led Zepplin and Paranoid by Black Sabbath). Anyways, their name is also completely unrelated to the Christian Sabbath. In fact, the black sabbath is simply the sacreligious mock version of the Christian sabbath.
