When I am in the office it's usually coffee. And I take coffee 3 cups, not for me to feel sleepy. But when I reach home it's usually a hot or cold tea. But usually it's a cold tea. What about you guys? Have a nice day to all of you!

I usually like coffee more than tea as it nice taste. When i earlier used to work in a call centre, i used to drink 3-4 cups of coffee in the breaks available. But now it is the summer season going on, so i go mostly juices or milkshakes , also cold-drinks for a change if i am outside somewhere.

I prefer tea (Green Tea), and coffee and tea can have effects on your health, in both positive and negative ways. The Chinese have known about the medicinal benefits of green tea since ancient times, using it to treat everything from headaches to depression. Also scientific research in both Asia and the west is providing hard evidence for the health benefits long associated with drinking green tea. For example, study indicating that drinking green tea reduced the risk of esophageal cancer in Chinese men and women by nearly sixty percent. There is also research indicating that drinking green tea lowers total cholesterol levels, as well as improving the ratio of good cholesterol to bad cholesterol. To sum up, here are just a few medical conditions in which drinking green tea is reputed to be helpful: cancer, rheumatoid arthritis, high cholesterol levels, cardiovascular disease, infection, impaired immune function. The only negative effect for me for the tea or coffee is, it doesn't make me sleep easily due to the fact that it contains caffeine. However, green tea contains less caffeine than coffee, that's why i prefer Tea or Coffee.
