How do you conquer the horro

My yonger brother told me that if he watched a horror movie, he need watching 2 or 3 comedy to forget the horror.
When I afraid of something at night I avoid the mirror keeping saying I will be ok.
How about u?
What do you do after watching a horror movie or come across some horrible things or when u are fearful?

If there is this type of situation with you as well, then don't see horror movie. Movie is for entertainment not from frightning.
