Referrals

Hi I am guessing like everyone people find it hard to get refferals. Not just anybody to sign up but someone that signs up and actually clicks or reads to earn emails. Can someone point me in the right place to get refferals or email me and maybe we can reffer each other. Whats the best sites?

I don't know how to get referalls either. I hear it is very difficult. Most people assume everythings a scam. I know I do and I wont just follow anyone to any website.
