This is a seasoning that is being sold in my country. They say just sprinkle it over any food and it can make the food really delicious. Howevewr, this is still artificial and I wonder what it can do to our body,I wonder if it can have side effects.i still believe in the old ways of cooking and can't still accept the shortcut ways

Wow, can`t believe it`s been a year since you wrote this post. And guess what, I`m still using Maggi Magic Sarap. lol.. I`ve got nothing against it, and yes, although I would prefer the natural way of cooking with the freshest ingredients possible. I would also like a little boost now and then with my cooking. But i just wish they`d take the MSG away from the main ingredients as that`s the only one I have problems with.

Yep, I believe it's all vetsin and preservatives too. I also still believe in the old ways of cooking. It's tried and tested and it never fails me when I prepare meals for my family. I think the real secret to any dish is the effort and love you pour into it.. hehe.

Although there a studies that msg can't cause a cancer and it help to improve our appetite. MSG is a stimulant not a substance. I watch a cooking show that msg help us to have omami taste in Tagalog it is malinamnam. There's certain food that has an omami. Substitute the use of magic sarap to natural ingredients.
