Topsy-Turvy...is this for real?

I see it on tv and saw it advertised in the LTD catalog and I read the insturctions in the ad....I just wonder...is it really that easy. And do the plants really grow and produce a normal amount of vegetables. If so I would not mind having some in my yard...save me the back breaking working of digging and preparing the garden for my tomatoes and fighting them when they get out of hand with the cages.
Have you used the topsy-turvy?

I steer away from any product that asks, "How many times has this happened to you..." I guess you would have to do some research to see if its true or not. Happy growing.
