Who next?

Who do you think will go next. We have been saying goodbye to the less talented and I have not argued with someone being kicked off yet. As for who I think will go next...Lil or Matt. Neither one have been doing just marvelous. Of course, we haven't heard this weeks performance yet, lol, but they both really need to change. Who do you think might go on Wednesday?

I've never been a big fan of anoop...he just never stood out to me. He's almost gone home already...I wouldn't be upset if he did. I've never liked lil either...I like Allison better and have from the beginning. Lil is hard to understand. Thanks for your response!

I have to agree with you that I think it will either be Anoop or Lil.
I would probably say Anoop more than Lil because for some reasons the judges have been playing up Lil's kids and in a sense I think it helps her out a ton.

Personally, I think both Lil & Matt have GREAT voices!!! My vote for who's next is Anoop. I don't like Allison, but feel she has a wonderful voice & tons of talent. After watching for 8 seasons, I don't think that who wins is that important!!! Anybody who can make it will be offered a contract by some savvy record producer. Look back at Season 2 where Reuben Studdard won & Clay Aiken came in second. Reuben was not made for success & he just disappeared. Clay is still making records. Kelly & Justin are 2 others. Yes, I know, Justin came in second. Kelly is making CDs like gangbusters & Justin just disappeared into nowhere except for that silly little TV show. He's not making music!!! Taylor Hicks just went straight down hill. I'm expecting Adam to win. At this point I don't really care who comes in second. I do think Matt should be offered a recording contract even if he doesn't place second. I seem to be the only one who really likes him. I guess that's because I love the blues & that's where he shines!!! Allison definitely has a talent even though her style is not my preferred style. I can see Barry Gordy offering Lil a contract & possibly making her the next Diana Ross!!! I find Kris & Danny to be my tossup for second place. Kris has the talent but I'm not sure he has the necessary desire. Danny has the talent & I believe he wants it, so maybe Danny will be second. I find this Season to be the absolute MOST talented since the inception of American Idol.

I agree completely with the talent! There is talent everywhere this season. Lil and Matt do have good voices, I won't deny that, its just that they aren't making the songs their own like they are supposed to. I love Allison, Danny, Adam and Kris. I have loved Kris from the beginning, and while I like Adam and Danny just as much I feel that Kris is outshined a lot of the time and that reflects in his desire. I think he knows that they are getting all the attention. As great as the other two are, he deserves some of the spotlight as well. Allison probably won't go all the way, but I like her. For only being 16, she is amazing.

Yes. Either Lil or Matt but I'd prefer Lil to leave. For me, she hasn't been showing "mad vocals" (as Randy would put it). If she really wants to stay, she should really step up her game like everyone else. Lil just has this innate beautiful voice, but she hasn't been able to show how much more she could bring to the table. I'm not a Lil fan but I know it's down there in her. She's just not showing it.
