parenting is quite difficult. especially when your child is already a toddler. Some mothers claim this is the most challenging age. what do you think?

OMG, my children range from 15 years to 21 years of age. Four boys and a girl, so I've been through it all from infancy to adulthood. Toddlers are a handfull, and you have to be on your toes 24 hours a day, but in my opinion, the teenage years are more challenging. They want their independence and try to detach themselves from you, although, in the end they always come back, so if yours is going through this, rest assured it is only a stage. They, a lot of times, hide things, not because they're doing something wrong, but again, because they want their own life. Teenagers are very challenging, but the rewards of them becoming adults is well worth it!

I don't know because I have a 2 year old and she is my first. It is a challenging stage so far and I think that maybe it will be easier when she is a little more independent and I don't have to run behind her in worry about every thing she does./... if that ever does go away lol.

Every age has its challenges. I have seen my son growing from 1 to 2 to 3 years. It was terrible two's. Some says they will be okay by 4 years of age. I am not sure. In toddlerhood, we need to be vigilant 24/7. Later as they grow up, there are other challenges especially to teenage years. Afterall, parenting is no easy task.
