how to smile?

A lot of us have to face life's challenges very early in the morning that we are unconsciously putting on a frown all day. We know how damaging to our facial muscles this could get so the first thing to do to combat the ugly wrinkles is to put a smile on our faces. I think that the very simple exercise of stopping whatever I am doing, then breathing in and out slowly and counting to 10 makes all the difference in my morning stress :) Another good exercise is praying. It helps me get away from the current moment and I release all the stress I have when I pray to God - even though it's only a memorized prayer :) Thanks for the response on my discussion!
