I went 2 years, once in 4th grade (8-9) and once in 8th grade (because my sister had to take the classes 12-13). I got more pleasure out of the 2nd classes, but I can't say I had too much fun in either and I realized that I just was NOT musical. I can draw, I can write, but I can't create music - oh well, not everyone is artistic in all ways.

I have always wanted to learn to play the piano. My grandmother started to teach me years ago and I remember the song she tried to teach me. It was "Snug As A Bug In A Rug". LOL. Anyway, we didn't get too far because she had arthritis in her hands and it was painful for her to try to teach me, so we let it go. Maybe one of these days.

LOL. I live in a one bedroom apartment. Even if I owned a piano, there is no way I could fit it in here.

I always wanted to play the piano. But I have no means to learn at the time since I cannot afford one. I did learn however how to play the guitar since It was something that my family can afford when I was young. Well, I can play a lot of songs with my guiatar. Now, I have a piano for my son. I hope to enroll him in a piano class later on.

I played a little when I was younger. I don't even remember the names of the songs I played, but I do know that I can still sit down at a piano and play a few of them from memory.

I love piano. When I was a kid, I dreamt to have a piano so that I can learn to play it. Unfortunately, I have never owned a piano or even an electronic piano which is much more cheaper than a piano. So I still don't know how to play a piano. Now I use a software named dreampiano to play with the computer keyboard. It is really fun! I have learnt to play the song Red River Valley with both of my hands! And I will keep practising!!! One day when I have my own house and enouhg money, I will buy myself a wonderful piano. With it, I will play beautiful music for my sweetheart.

I have been trained to play piano in a solo concert setting - often this involves advanced techniques to classically express the intellect and subtlety of the these techniques while offering a wide range of technique requiring virtuosic skills. I have to spend about two hours daily to sustain a rhythm and improve upon it. I am capable of playing pieces written before the early 1900s exclusively - ranging from Bach's Fugues to Prokofiev's Sonatas. However, I am unable to improvise, play jazz or new age or accompany a group, most likely because I have never had the opportunity to do so.
