How much higher can it get?

I've just signed in and found out that the last discussions I've posted 2 days ago got 39 responses. My topic is about books, I guess many members of mylot are bibliophile, so glad to know that we're not becoming extinct. The highest response I've received since I've joined mylot was twenty five. I haven't been in my lot for about two months and been active again for five days. What is the highest response you've received since you joined?

The highest number of responses that I got is 48. Normally my discussions only received rave responses. I don't really care about the number as long as there are people who still respond to my discussions. Even if it is just a response, I am glad to read it. Of course, when you get more responses, you will get excited. That happens to me too. I just wonder what kind of topic that attracts people here and how some of us can really attract people to respond to their discussions...

Every time I get many responses I'm so happy about it. I read almost all of it and comment as well. Though sometimes I only get few and some none, I found out that they give me a meaningful response. Quality do prevail over quantity. Sometimes I don't expect to receive lots of responses with a simple topic but then when you least expect, it happens. I hope I'll have more responses in my next postings.
