the beach... i feel like the waves will cover my body and i will drown so i'd rather swim in a swimming pool. usually on the kiddie pool area though. i know how to swim but i am not good at it so i am afraid to go to deeper parts where my feet won't touch the floor. how about you mylotters?

I like to swim in a pool probably because then i don't have a lot of people looking at me and i don't have to worry about swimming as much at home in the pool. I'm not a good swimmer and the beach is a wide open place where most likely you will have to do some swimming and I'm not a fan of that so staying home at going in the pool is for me and then i can layout with people not staring at me and i don't have to worry about if my bathing suit is on correct or whatever might not be good at the beach is usually fine at home.

I would really like to learn how to swim so I guess I have to start with calm waters before ever venturing on with those at the beach. Aside from that, as much as I would like to see sea creatures, they're most often found on deep waters and its entirely a different world down there. It feels exciting and at the same time initimidating since I'm just small compared to that huge ocean. With the pool, I know I won't drown.. unless its seven feet deep (-_-")

I like swimming pool because you have fresh water while beach you have salty water but you have fresh air and scenic spots to look at.

I like both the beach and swimming pools, but when it comes down to having a choice, I would prefer to swim in pools. I like to be able to see if there are any foreign objects coming my way underwater and beach water is often too murky to see more than a couple inches into. I don't like not knowing what's under my feet when in the ocean or sea!

I like to swim in a pool better. I know the water is clean, and I don't have to worry about strangers being there and looking at me. Mostly I like that it is cleaner and more private. Of course, that was true when I used to have a pool- now I don't have one, so I don't swim at all. I really miss it....

A couple of years ago i use to love the beach. I still do but its not the same. Ever since i had my son i am a little modest about my body. I rather swim in a pool in the back yard. When i say modest i mean it too. If the shorts are too short you wont see them on me. If its to revieling you want see it on me.

I prefer the beach more than swimming pool. Of course, water in swimming pool is more clean, but it have chlorine, which I hate. So, for me lake/sea is the best choise. Of course to the beach I can take my dog too. ;)
