Have you ever made your own chips?

What temperature do you fry them at? I kind of just guessed when I did it last time, although the chips were great regardless. I only salted them. What do other people use as seasonings for their homemade chips?

I have made my own chips! It was last year I did it for the first time. I made both Potato and Tapioca chips. I hope you know what tapioca is. Tapioca is a native vegetable of our state. And it is really tasty when made into chips. Now I make chips almost once in every month. I store them for the month. No- there is no instant making. Why? Because I am a busy man!
