I don't like the movie. It seems kinda stupid for me. For example the scene where he saves her from the car crash. Nobody saw that he broke a part of the car. I mean there was a wholein the car, but nobody mentioned about that. There are also some scenes that should be dramatic but people usually laugh at those. Althoush I liked the baseball scene. That one was a well made scene.

I thought of that too and no one said how he saved her. but that is one thing about movies. I guess in real life he would of been a hero, and everyone would of like him. LOL

I think in real life he would be a victim ofthe media and press. He would have to hide from them. Abyway, that wouldn't be a problem for him . lol

What a great day to watch the movie since it's always rainy there! LOL! I liked the movie very much. I've read the entire book series. I personally felt that if I were someone who hadn't read the books and then saw the movie, I'd have a few unanswered questions. The baseball scene was good, could have been made longer. But overall, I thought the movie was good! What did you think?

I read all the books first and then went to see it at the theater in town before it was gone - meaning it cost me $3 instead of $9 lol. Having read the books first, it is hard to condense 500+ pages into a 2 hour movie anyway, and also unfortunately you have to cut out parts that explain more about the characters because it doesn't make for interesting screen footage. I do love the movie. I think I'm a Twilight-o-holic but not one of THOSE kinds. I bought the dvd but not the night it came out. The stores were restocked with books by the time i bought them. I grew up in Washington so it was funny to see familiar names of towns and know exactly what that weather is like - and having had to go to high school in it! There is literally no sun there, gray grouchy light but no sun, perfect for vampires lol. I'm not too picky about my entertainment so it did follow the story with a few parts left out (biology scene/fainting) but people who are more hard on their entertainment would say there are a lot of cheesy moments. I love Edward. Despite his little comment about 'what if I'm the bad guy', after the point in which he succumbs to being around Bella, he already knows she's who he's been looking for all those years. It must have been lonely for him, being the third wheel in his family with 3 couples, and being constantly shunned or avoided by most humans. I love several parts - one where Bella refuses to change her story about what she saw when Edward stopped her from getting flattened by Tyler's van - even though she isn't planning to tell anybody, and when Edward tells her she SHOULD be afraid of him but she spits back repeatedly that she's not. I wouldn't be either. I also love Alice, she was perfect!

First of all I'm a big fan of sci fiction, fantasy, thriller, horror movies. I like vampires, zombies and killer bees. When I started to watch this movie I had big hopes. I saw everywhere hope much people liked it and how good it was. I also heard that a second book would come out and a movie after that. I though that this was a very cool movie! When I watched it, I was dissepointed. The totaly ruined vampires and evolved them into some kind of "heroes". When I saw all the reviews, I forgot to see who wrote them. I'm 90% sure that most of the reviews and fans were GIRLS. "Oh look, a pretty boy falling in love! Oh look, a pretty girl who likes a vampire!". In other words, it was a girlish movie and nothing at all for vampire lovers or guys.

I love both of them, and i mean Edward and Bella...Although in the book, their characters were far more intimate, it's an okay movie...The vampire thingy was wayyy more enjoyable when you can see it on screen...They way they can run really really fast, extraordinary strength and so on...I just thought the passion, the chemistry between them in the movie wasn't that....strong? Well, do enjoy your movie, and let's see what you think...

I've seen the movie once and its pretty interesting. Although I must say that the books are much better, there are some scenes that can be understood better if one has read the book. I still look forward to New Moon, let's see how it fares.
