Did you ever tried making french fries at home?????

me and my hubby love to eat french fries. my whole family love french fries so i decided to make them in home. and you wont believe, they turned out to be so awesome. i made them and kept it in my refrigerator. i also made some cutlets because some potatoes were bolied and kept for last one day in my fridge . so i thought why not make something good of these also and fininsh them up. i made and i fried all the cutlets and some french fries and i loved when my hubby said that it looked and tasted as if they have ordered it from Mac Donald's. i loved to take it as a compliment. did you ever tried to make anything that turned out to be so awesome that people gave you a compliment as if you have ordered it from aNY restaurant.

We ALWAYS make home made french fries. It's one of our faves and a LOT cheaper than Mickey Dee's. We have also made egg mcmuffins at home. (english muffins, canadian bacon,eggs and cheese) and they taste just like the real thing. Im working on Gyros now........lol

Hi aweins,
Yes, I have made french fries at home quite a few times. I don't make them as much as I used to though because my stomach seems to be having a hard time with grease and fat lately. I'm not trying to toot my own horn or anything but when I make a ceasar salad I make it with the oil dressing and I have been told by MANY people that it is WAY better then the ranch dressing kind you get in restaurants. Also I have been told that my banana chocolate chip muffins are better then any bakery or donut place makes :)

Thats good aweins and i think you are very creative as usual in making food in our home or posting the topics here and i'm sorry to tell you i don't know how to cook even the rice.And i believe my loved one knows that and if every thing goes well i will marry her and ask about the making of french fries and all the stuff i liked to eat.And one more thing i don't to cook but i can taste well and can decide how it was even by smelling that mostly.Its a god's gift to me dear.Be happy and keep smiling and take of your family and happy mylotting dear.

Hi. Yes we always make our own fries at home. Thou it doesn't taste like the one's that we can buy from fast foods but its still delicious. I believed making your own fries is healthier than the one's that we usually buy.
