How can I make sure my computer clock is correct?

April 14, 2009 3:29pm CST
My computer clock seems to be correct but when I go on Neobux the site says I can not access the site until my computer clock is correct. This has not been a problem on any other sites but I really want to access Neobux as I have invested money renting referrals. Can anyone help me?

I think that your CMOS(a small battery that runs the system clock when your PC is off) have got drained. Thus when ever you start your computer the time is reset to 1 january 2000. To correct this just replace the cell on your motherboard

Thanks for your response. I wouldn't know how to do that! This happened since I got my lap top fixed and they replaced my harddrive.

Your problem Might have been solved with change of a small battery on the motherboard. If not, I would like to ask one thing you had previously logged on neobux with this pc or doing it first time? If you had log in previously then try and restore your pc and i you are getting the problem for the first time log in then format you pc.

I wouldn't know how to change the battery on the motherboard. I don't even know what a motherboard is! I used to login alright on neobux until I got my lap top fixed and they replaced my hard drive, maybe its was the motherboard too. When I first turned on my lap top after it got fixed the date and time was wrong so I changed it. I think that is where I went wrong but I wanted the correct time. I have given up on neobux as it seems too hard to sort out the problem. Thanks for your response:)
