What are the paid to surf sites and do they actually pay??

Hey i am kind of new to making money online and found out that there are some sites offering to pay you to surf the net. are these genuine or scams? also if they are genuine does anyone know any good one??? pls help me out, also whats the best paid pay to blog site you guys know?

you need to take surveys as much as possible before you take neccesary action. there are too many sacmmers here on the internet and less will pay you for your hard work
