It is Tuesday, so American Idol must be on tonight!

Whoo hoo. I can't wait for my weekly fix of American Idol. I always look forward to seeing the contestants perform. This week they are doing songs from movies. Who do you think will stand out? And who will take on something too big? I can't even begin to imagine what songs Adam and Kris will take on. It would be funny if Adam did something from Cats.
I think Allison could do something fun and young and really shine tonight. Lil better be careful and be original tonight and not just a copy of someone else. Maybe she will do something from the Bodyguard. That might be awesome.
We will not have long to wait now. See ya after the show!

if lil sang whitney, she would have gone home and simon sending her in her swan song... lil chose a non r&b... she just didn't made it a little funky, attitude, swagger which i think simon wanted from her... i think mary j blige always have swagger, you see her in family drama mtv???
allison, haaaay, i was really expecting some PINK throaty spunky growly style... she must have cold
anoop - have a happy song next time because you are my idol, if you sing another sad song, i'm gonna cry but i will still love you hehehe

adam - anything, the judges will praise you anyway, you already have this in the bag, right
danny - anything danceable without you dancing, you look great

You are probably right. Now that the judges used their save on Matt, it will probably be him and Lil going home next week. She just doesn't get it. You can see it on her face that she is stumped about what they want from her. I agree with the rest of your comment.

Its really hard to say without knowing what songs they will choose. I think Adam and and Danny will shine as they always do and I hope Kris does great as well. Allison doing something fun would be great, I completely agree with you there. For some reason I see Lil taking on "My Heart Will Go On" or a song from the Bodyguard. I hope she doesn't as they would be expected. But, the show just came on so I will have to go and find out what they did choose and how well they do. I wish the Idols luck!

Well, I would say that Adam did a great job. Danny was good, but a little sad. I am sure he was reminded of his endless love who he lost. Kris did a song from a movie I haven't seen, so I don't know if it was good or not. I mean he sang it well, but how did it compare. Lil was just lost I thought. She should have made the whole song like the last half, but even that was a little choppy. Thanks for your response.

I do so enjoy Idol! I am looking forward to seeing Kris preform tonight as well as Allison. She is really the only girl that ever stood a chance in this year's guy dominated season!Adam should try not do something as over the top as Cats, I hope! I just hope that the judges control themselves tonight, and don't babble on as much as they did last week! It is so silly that they go over time limit with their comments, but I really mostly blame Paula. She is soooo dippy! They should all just listen to Randy and Simon anyway. They are always the most right on with their comments as far as I'm concerned. Have a great night, and enjoy the show!

I'm really looking forward to this season's American Idol contestants' performance, and to think that they're doing songs from the movies! I just can't wait. I think that the usual stand-outs are Adam and surprisingly, Kris. Although I'm also rooting for Danny. I hope that he chooses a song that would really showcase his singing prowess and not just a safe one or because he likes the song. I hate it when they say "I had fun" or "I enjoyed singing it" because I don't think that they're just there to 'have fun' but to win. So they better do good and choose the right song for them..and give us a good show! ^_^
