what shoul I do for earning more money

Now I work for a small firm for 8 horus per day.And my salary is very poor.Should I leave this work?I really need more money.could anyone give me some advise for earning money?Sometimes I think I need to get doctor degree,so that I can get a good job.Is it right?And how about to be a business man?please share your experience.Thaks a lot

I am also consider this question: what should i do to earn more more more money? i think i meet similar situation with you, but i realize there may development space for my present job in the future. So i choose stay. Do you consider that?
