Online Cigarette Shops? (usa)

Hey as you all know they jacked up the taxes on cig's once again. Well unfortunatly hubby has been a smoker for dare i say 20 yrs and has started rolling his own to save money.
So I wanted to ask if anyone knew if there was a reputable place online to buy cheap loose tobacco? He said he's been trying to find places for price comparison to what he pays in a smoke shop and they all go to one site. Any suggestions would be appreciated :0)

I think you give me new suggestion to start online ciggaretts shop. May be this is new idea to start it with price comparison facility.

only problem is that our state wants their share of the ciggie taxes (much like other states) and have sent bills to people demanding their sales tax for the ciggies.
