Birthday gift for friends

People give out sometimes etravagant gifts to their and even sometimes gifts of lesser monetary value but with more value than expensive ones as it may have sentimental value. What is the most special gift you have given to any of your friend?

I can't think of anything special I have given to a friend. I used to buy gifts for friends and family (mainly for family) for birthdays and christmas all the time. I really enjoyed it, too, but I had to quit when money got so tight. I miss it, though. I just send cards now. Kathy.
