Could anyone give me some solo suggestions in the harmonic minor scale?

I have been trying to advance my knowledge of some music theory and guitar scales and have really been enjoying the sound of the harmonic minor scale. Could anyone recommend me some solos using this scale? I do not care what key it is in. I would preference metal music, but I honestly don't care what style it is in.

If I'm not mistaken, most of Michael Amott's scale is Harmonic minor scale ^_~ I don't know what key and how he do that scale, I only know how to do a Major and Minor scale in guitar, lol. ^_~ Good luck XD
