I wanna gain weight - the right way

Hi peopele, let me tell u m a die hard food lover, and i love food. You would often see my mouth running over something or the other but still i dont know why i am so skinny.....my height is 5'3 and i weigh just 44kg. I dont understand from the past 8 to 9 years m the same. I still fit into all my childhood clothes. Please help me to gain weight as i dont want to have any unwanted supplements and medicines, i wanna naturally gain weight.....Please help me with some tips.....

I also want to gain weight. I eat a lot but I am also have a hard time gaining weight. My mom told me that it is in our genes. She also assures me that I will gain weight if I reached my 40s. The important thing right now is that I am healthy - I am not sickly.

Well I wish that I was so skinny I am always on diet, I am not fat but if I eat a lot I gain fat easily. Well I think that it is genetics that who gains weight easily and others like you they don't gain any weight. Well try eating more often and eat healthy foods, like yogurts, nuts, fruits and try rich foods, like meats and others.

Ask your doctor if you are underweight or malnourished, and to check your thyroid. If everything is fine, then just be sure to eat more calories than you burn. But make sure to eat healthy.

Hi, I have the same problem. I love to eat and I am really under weight. I am 5'3 and I weigh 100 lbs. I know I should weigh about 125 lbs. I thought I was about the only one with that problem. Alot of people dont understand why I would want to gain weight. good luck I hope that you get some good ideas here.

Your so blessed because you don't gain weight even if your eating too much. My case is different I easily gain weight and I want to lose weight. I think it is in your genes, your metabolism is fast. Exercise can make you look fat because your muscle going to develop. Eat more protein like eggs and meats it helps to gain weight.

Lol, i wanted years ago, but it's still as before. So now good health is enough for me. To gain weight maybe take place only in dream. In addition, do not make your stomach so hard. It's not a good way...

Go to a doctor and ask to scan you or something to see if it was a problem in genes or not. If it's all in genes, eat a lot of fat or something. You can probably ask the doctor also, he/she would probably know a better way to gain weight.

it doesn't matter how much food you eat, its what food you eat, you can eat as much as you want of healthy food and put no weight on. So maybe try to eat more sweets, you could have a hyperactive thyroid which would mean that you digest food quicker and there fore you put less if any weight on.

Looking at you discussion it seems to me that your food habit is fine. There can be certain other reasons for which you can suffer .... can be underweight even though you take the right amount of food daily. Like if you are too stressed it will hamper a lot on your health as well as you life style. If your daily routine is not properly organized ... like doing too much late nights and wake up late in the morning .... your body is then not synchronized with the biological clock. Also remember very necessary is to be happy in like. I think that is the single most thing that will help increase your body weight rather than anything else. If every thing is fine and still there is problem please consult a doctor.

have you tried ceragem automatic bed massager? we have the same flight. i only gained weight after 3 months of lying on a ceragem bed massager.

basically there are three body types mesomorphs,ectomorphs and endomorphs. The symtoms given by you indicate that you are a ectomorph. These peoples are basically the hard gainers. Its very difficult for them to gain weight. IF you really want to gain weight then you can only do it in a jym with very hard and heavy lifting. I dont recommend you to instantly start heavy workouts but adopt to them gradually. This is the only possible natural solution for you to gain weight.

Firstly,health is the most important one whether you are fat or thin.secondly,if you really want to gain weight,I think sport is the best way you can do.you should find some sports you would like,and spent some time on it.whatever,everyone has right to change!

Hi! I wish I'm like you, because I am also a food lover, lol. I was skinny since when I was child till teenage, maybe because I am so active. But when I reached twenties I gain some weight which I didn't pay attention why! And now if I don't watch what I ate, I can easily gain 2-3 kilos in a month, lol. i really am shocked there is a female asking that question because females always want to lose weight , i guess i should feel odd nut i really dont know how to gain weight the natural way because i never wanted to gain weight i am under weight and i keep it that way if i get close to 100 pounds i start to cry , i am 5 foot 1 and when i weighted myself the other day i am only 86 pounds when my dr finds out shes going to flip , i dont try to lose weight i eat and every thing its just i always been thin even after giving birth 4 times, good luck with gaining weight i am sure there are ways to gain naturaly but the only thing i can think of that can help you is eating lots of fiber because thats what they told me to five to my son because he dont gain weight.

i think that the weight ur currently having is quite enough according to ur height. well im 5'4 and my weight id 45 kgs so its nothing to worry about . i have a brother he too is thin and wants to gain weight , he eats things that have too much fat but still he doesn't gets fat , because its in his genes to be thin , because my mom is also not too fat , she is ok . so u see it is all power play of genes, u cant do anything.

Hello friend, In this day and age, where everyone's complaining about having put on a lot of weight, its a pleasant change to see someone wanting to gain weight. I am a bit overweight myself so I can surely give you a few good tips about it :) The healthiest way to gaining weight would be to eat mashed bananas, mixed with milk. Two bananas a day, with a glassful of milk should work wonders. Eat a lot of rice as well.

are you a girl?i think if you are a girl you need not to gain weight,in my country for the girl is the thiner the better.hehe..but if you want to gain weight,ihope you succeed.
