Today is the 40th day of my grandpa's death. As part of our tradition, immediate relatives came over the house of my grandparents and the people who will lead the novena. I did not attend my class today because of this event. Last night, I started and finished the tribute video. I made it with old photos and relevant music integrated using iMovie08. I picked the songs of Josh Groban (To Where You Are) and The Company's Special Memory. I had the hard time in burning the movie file to DVD format. I had to convert the Mpeg4 (.m4v) to Mpeg2 format so Nero can burn it to DVD. Thank God, I made it before lunch. They watched it after they finished eating. Before 2PM, we went to the cemetery. We gathered there to pray and stayed until 4PM. There were two burials. We had a walk around the memorial park. Then, we went home. It rained very hard. Literally, it was a heavy rain. Fortunately, we were inside the car already. When we arrived home, we ate and people gathered in the living room to watch the tribute video and some past videos. We were really laughing hard seeing those videos. And we really miss those days. We stopped the viewing and started the novena.
40 days. Without my grandpa. He will always be part of us-- a special memory. We pray that he is in a better place now.

Sure, he did. Thank you very much for responding to a discussion that is all about my personal experiences and not really asking for answers or anything. Very much appreciated.
