Birthday

So I don't know about others. But around my birthday, which is Sunday, is always a bad day, and I am depressed up to it. I just feel that I have never experienced a good birthday and that no one really ever cares. I know this isn't true but it's just a feeling I get. Do you know what I mean? This year I wanted to spend it with my son and my girlfriend and my hubby got mad about it. So instead I get to spend it cleaning up after his kids, and arguing to goto my parents house, fun eh?

Thta's not really fair of your husband to get mad at you for wanting to spend your birthday with your son & friend. You should be able to enjoy your birthday and spend it with your family.

With your son, hubby and GF?? I get to spend it cleaning up after his kids? Aren't they your kids? Too much confusion.

no they are his kids from his previous marriage.

she is my girlfriend, as in a really good friend of mine that I went to school with who is female!

I've longed given up on birthdays. That's because I don't see it having any significance in my life. Some of the people I love last time used to celebrate birthdays and so hence and so forth but they are not being sincere at all after so many years then I discover it so it kind of hurts. Therefore, I don't believe in birthdays anymore. It it comes, it comes and if there are people who cares for my birthdays, then I'd say a big thank you. Otherwise, it's just like any other day and just for me to remember that it was the day that I was born.

well its your birthday. i dont know why some men dont care how you like to celebrate. men are usually jealous of kids. i've never figured that out. you need to just tell him well next time we will celebrate your(his) birthday like I want to how bout that? btw, did you get to celebrate it like you wanted?
