I know its wrong, unhealthy, etc. But it needs to be done.

I have a role in a production coming up soon and I need to lose 30 pounds in a month-month and a half at most. What would be the fastest most effective way to do this? I know its unhealthy, I shouldnt, Im aware of this. So please dont lecture me. I just need to know what will work to get me where I need to be.

YOu need to eat less. But not less that 1200-1500 calories especially if youare working out becasue it will just backfire on you. Drink lots of water and try and restrict your sodium which makes you bloat. Work out often but give yourself some days to rest or do not work the same muscle groups every day. If you do this it actually back fires because when you work out muscles it tears the fibers. They need time to heal to work effectivly so do not work your arms hard core two days in a row etc. Also keep gum or sugar free hard candy around to chew on. Eat alot of veggies which are low in calories and filling. Cut out your white bread, pasta, cerel, etc. Good luck!

wow that is an ambitious goal! as you mentioned it is not the heathiest but i guess you could eat very little and exercise a lot to accomplish this goal. i hope it works out for you!

that's a tough one. I would suggest going on a combo of serious working out with a VERY restrictive diet. Something with mostly fruits and veggies and just a little protein. Whatever you do, make sure to take a multivitamin to help curb some of the malnourishment.
