I open up a personal paypal account. But I can transfer my money to my bank a/c. I have no problem in doing this. You just need to open up a personal paypal a/c if you decided it is suitable for you, after you completed the application and received the money. You can withdraw the money, I think I remember a header "withdraw" when you logged into your a/c. Besides, I think the instruction of "Go and shop" is only designed to tell you, you can start to use paypal now. There's nothing related to the type of the account. Hope this can help you a bit.

Hopefully someone has answered your question by now. You do want the personal account, and you do not have to shop. Just ignore that part. Give Mylot your Paypal e-mail address and when it comes time for payouts, you shouldn't have a problem getting your money.

I'm new here too. I don't know also how to get my payment with paypal when I reach the minimum payout. This discussion could really help me. My problem is I don't have an account in the bank.I need to open an account first so I can get the payment through paypal.

In the past my Paypal account is Premier one. I had to pay for the charges if someone transferred me money. This is why some time ago I decided to downgrade my membership to personal account so that I don't have to pay any charges when I receive payment. If I want a Premier account, then I would sign up one for my husband and it is the same. So I think a personal account is better. I love China

You only need the personal account. They are trying to get you to go shopping, but you don't have to. You have to wait until the money is actually in you account to request a transfer to a bank account. Then there should be tabs you can choose from to send to a bank account. You have to get your bank account verified first though.

I haven't done anything yet with my funds on Paypal. I subscribed to the first option too just like you. I hope someone has an answer for you.

hello cynthiann ... learntoearn is very much right. he has solved your question . it is premier account. i opened a paypal account long back for no reason . and even i was confused of which one to choose but somehting made me choose premier account. and now my paypal a/c that was opene for no reason will be useful coz i joined mylot.. but my paypal a/c is still with a balance of $0.00 . btw,, how are your grandchildren now ? hope they hae recovered from the sickness. have a great day

Hello Cynthiann, Don't worry, no one's laughing here- that's a very serious issue when not addressed properly. I'd recommend premier; you don't really need to shop online as one of your other viewers said, and you can just skip certain parts of the account creation. The downside to PayPal is that they charge you a fairly high price for requesting a check- around 4-5 dollars, which is unfortunate if you're only getting paid $10 or so a month. But, as you have almost $50 off of MyLot (???!), I suppose that's not an issue. But yes, so basically just choose premier- many people choose that and good reviews have come out, so there's really no downside to it apart from the check fee. I don't think it really matters which one you have. I think you can let people put money in your account which ever you have. I got mine back when I was selling on Ebay, but now all I use it for is for people like Mylot or Payperpost to add money to it, or an occasional buy on the Internet. They were probably just letting you know it was ready to use.

Hi Dear Cynthiann: You've gotten lots of good responses on here; Wow! You've been doing really good on mylot, and saving your money up to that amount (G)! I'm always breaking my neck to get to mine as fast as I can LOL! Anyway yeah just ignore the "go shopping thing", you can use either the personal account or the premiere one, the main thing is to be sure and get your account verified by setting it up with a credit card, debit card can be used for this too and what I like most debit cards are easily set up on paypal too as your checking account, I do that myself I've used a lot of different debit cards to set up using that card for my ( credit card) and used the same debit card to set it up on paypal for my checking account; Different countries have different rules and so on to do that using debit cards for others reading this they just need to do a bit of research on their country, and the debit card if used; good luck and I hope you enjoy your earnings soon enough in paypal!!
