Hi....it is the duty of every person to cast their vote of even if they are interested to.in some countries it is a must but in our country it's not like that ,the person does not get punished for not casting his vote .do you think that it is a crime ,because i do feel so ,we have to choose the better person among those available.

I would sooner you not vote, then make an uneducated one. If you choose not to vote however, you have no place to complain about how your country/state/province/county/city is being run. Learn who your candidates are, what they have done to improve the quality of life in your area, and make an INFORMED decision, if you can't do that, or if you just believe what you see on the TV- Then please leave the deciding of the way the country is going to be run, to the people who are more aware of what is going on.

No,I don't think so,although it's the duty of every one to cast their vote, but we also have right to give up the chance, sometimes we don't know any of the cadidates well or some other reasons,we could choose not vote to anyone

Not to vote is not a crime, its depends upon the individual. But if we have a right to vote, then I do believe its our responsibility to vote. And hence choose the most perfectly deserved person who can serve our country in the best way.So, a responsible citizen of a country should vote.

No. I think its a crime to waste your vote. If you vote for the lesser evil, then you are wasting your vote. Its like saying "eh my vote doesn't matter. I'll give it to this guy, cause I don't like that guy." Its stupid. I value my vote more than most, which is why I refuse to vote until there is a candidate worthy of my vote. As long as the rest of the lemmings keep voting for the 2 choices they give you, you'll always have the same crap in office.

Karubod... I think this ain't crime here. You select and vote sumone whom you think will serve you better...But when sumbody feels the otherway nothin can be done... Also this totally is a process of free will and choice, people are given freedom to vote its not compulsory... The only thing that can be associated with this discussion is that... "If someone doesn't vote and feels that he/she should have voted then its just an inner guilt..." Good Luck! ~Cheerio~
