ebay hot items depend on many things. if you are selling, you would see where you are selling and what is the item location. you will see the other similar items and see if your item stands out.
electronics in general is one of the hot categories on ebay, including mobile phones, cameras, etc.

Thanks for your suggestion.I tried to sell memory stick and sd card.but failed,because of too much competition.Thanks for your help anyways
