I want to lose about 10 kg in 6 months. How much weight do you want to lose in 6 months? What are you doing for it?

I would like to lose at least 15kg in the nest 6 months...I have been doing Herbalife for the past 6 months and have lost 10kg and over 70kg! I am very proud of my self and I have even joined up with Herbalife because I plan to use it for a long time and I may also try selling it too. I am also exercising for at least 1/2 an hour 5 times a week which is really helping to tone me up! Good luck with your weightloss!

Thank you, it really has been easy with the Herbalife products...and the fact that I have become addicted to salads, rice paper rolls (Vietnamese cold rolls) and sushi helps a lot too - I just can't seem to go 2 days without one of these things anymore...good luck again to you and I look forward to hearing your progress! By the way my first post was meant to say I have lost 10kg and over 70cm off my body.

actually i want to lose all 10 kilos as soon as possible!!! haha. but when i realized that the faster you lose it, the faster it shall return and in 2 or 3 folds, i wanted to lose it in a slow and sure manner. 10 kg in 6 months is a safe range for me!

I also think it is best to have six months to one year duration for losing weight rather than two to three weeks.

I wanted to lose 10 pounds in six months.. i have gained a little weight and it happened due to my non-stop eating snacks everyday.. yay! but i'm currently working on it .. i'm not eating snacks anymore.. i'm sticking to my healthy diet which is eating veggies, fish, fruits and seafoods.. and yes, high fiber foods too!
