How do u balence, chocolate or keep fit?

Good chocolate is really delicious that I always can not say no to it. However, eating much chocolate is easy to gain weight. Too much fat is no good to health. I love chocolate much, but I'd like to keep weight too. Now, I control myself enjoy my favorate chocolate once a month. What's more, if I do not do any exercise, I am not allowed to eat it. How do u balence? Do u control ur feeling?
