You know I have found that if a person does not earn money on a program they call it a scam. That is not so,If you have a regular 9 to 5 job and it does not suit you,do you say that it is a scam? No,you say that it is a bad place to work at or it's not for you.If you get married and it ends up in divorce,do you say that it was a scam? No,you and that person were probably not compatable. If you move into a house and you do not like the neighbors or its a bad location for you,do you call it a scam? No,you move and find a better place with neighbors that more suit your lifestyle or it has a better location to you. So,why isn't it the same for online jobs? What do ou think?

If the site owes you money that you've earned and don't pay, it's a scam. If you haven't earned money because you don't meet their criteria, it's not a scam. Pretty simple, huh?

Yeah, like mysearchfunds, myhomepages.com They never paid me one penny of my earnings. I have contacted them so many times until it wasn't funny. And yet, others have gotten paid and then some others did not.. I don't know what to make of this company.

Though all the examples cited are true, but no one is saying a site is scam as they are not able to earn from that site. The sites are said to scam, only when they fail to pay the EARNED money. Most of the members are leaving the site after requesting the payment and if they are not given the earned amount as thinking themselves that the site is not compatible with them, as you told.Regarding this discussion, what I feel is that you might have started in this in the "Life" or in some other Interest rather than in money making area, as the entire content is really fruitful and may be taken as the advise to our life of all.You showed your experience in your discussion.I really appreciate you.

I know people personally and seen many people online as well as here at myLot that call programs scams because they id not earn any money.Like I said I have run into scams where I and others as well have not got paid after working. Then there are programs that don't work out for me,mostly because I had prospective referrals that would just say "this has scam written all over it" when they have not even tried it out.

A regular job will pay you for the work that you have done. On the other hand, a scam will not pay you for the work that you have done. Really it should be called what it actually is and that is FRAUD. That's the same if you do work online and don't get paid for it or if you do work offline in the "real world" and dont get paid for it. It's still fraud.

Not necessarily,I had a job that I worked for 2 days.I went to it on the third day which was a day that I had off to find they had packed up and left.My mother worked a job and the owner did not have any money to pay her for 6 weeks. At that time I was in the hospital,so my mom came to me.And the owner got mad because he said that he needed her at the office for her to find someone else to care for my kids while I was in acoma.Even thou he wasn't paying her. Then for the weeks that he did pay her he had not paid the IRS or the state for the taxes. Then my husband worked for a company that is still in existance for 4 days and they did not pay him and told the IRS that they had and he was respondsible to pay the taxes out of it.

Those, I assume, are not people who are deliberately setting out to defraud people but are just dishonest employers. There's a difference between that and someone who deliberately sets out to decieve people with the intention of stealing from them.

Hi, dfollin. I think you made a good point on the erroneous perceptions of most people about "scam" online opportunities. I believe that not all online programs set out to be scams, although the majority of them are out to cheat the unwary. There are a good number of online programs that started with good intentions but ended up as failures, just the same way any other businesses fail. I once wrote an article on this subject. You may wish to read it at: http://www.qassia.com/online-scams-and-program-failures. Thank you for bringing up the important topic once again.

the way i see it.. sites that close with no warning-scam. sites that change their rules constantly, switch to points only, ban without explanation near payout time-scam. sites that promise way too much money than what the job requires-scam. basically if they themselves make big promises and don't back them up i consider it a scam then.or really bad marketing decisions..not necessarily because using it doesn't turn a profit for me.just could mean i need more promotion, which would be my fault. in most cases,i've just lost time, which sucks, but there's greener fields out there.

people are always looking for an excuse to blame somoene else when they fail. that's online or off. it's a shame people do this. they need to take resposibility where it is needed & quit blaming somebody or something else.

It is more then that. A scam is a business where they only pay a few people, and have no intention of paying the rest. So if your boss started a business and hired his friends and relatives and when you apply, he does not have any money to pay you, it is a scam or if he decides to skip out before payday to go to the Cayman Islands, it is a scam.

Like everything in life you don't get paid for nothing. You will find that you get what you contribute not what you pay for. You are right, somethings aren't for everyone or no one would be making money. I like that people are talking about what works and what doesn't work for them.

Hi, dfollin! I think that most online jobs are nothing but scams there is no argument sbout that. It is hard to come across any good and legit ones. There are just so many to choose from. It is a take your pick, kind of thing.

Scam is a scam in which just continues to lure users with lies and end do not pay anyone, what happens is that many people buy premium membership and then realizes it was a scam. as bux.to
