wo, im hoping to live for a very very long time, thats why i need to start eating more healthier. why do you say 70? my granma is 78 and still getting around doing her thing.

I also have a feeling that "healthy" has nothing to do with it. It is just this odd feeling that keeps hounding me.

Smoking is no bar to become a centenarian. Gerontologists are a baffled lot on what really causes long life. In average Japanese live longer than others. Japan has more centenarians than other countries
