Something weird about NominCashout....

Hey, when you go to the "rent refs" page, it says "ALL referrals sold have been active in the last 4 days and have clicked atleast 10 ads."
SO, why is it then, that of the 32 refs i rented there are 5 which have not clicked any ads ever?

Hey i am a member of nomincashout too. But i am not sure whether it's a scam or not ? i have joined it very recently
so i just have very few cents in my account. But when i saw the list of scam sites i didn't find the name of nomimcashout
in the list. So i beleive it's good. And one more thing is i never rented the refferals . So as far as we do not
invest anything ..it' definetly safe. But still if this is scam then they are just wasting our time.
