I try to make different food for breakfast everyday, when I cannot think of what to make for breakfast, know what I do? I just make jam toast, it is always good. I was thinking making French muffin this morning but I felt so sick to wake up, I ended up had less than 30 mins to make it, I finally made it though and of course it tasted good! :-D I'm thinking about making scallion, american cheese, bacon omelette tomorrow Firday, I usually don't care about SAT & SUN because hubby and me usually have stuff to do together. How about you?

I never made breakfast everyday. it's all same day by day, because I still in college and far from home, breakfast is not in my list. rest time is the time to get something to eat, you know.. at my college's canteen the menu is never ever change, so what i eat is same day by day.. except when it is a holiday, then i go back home, go lazy time whole day, and it's the same, no time for making breakfast. my parents are on their career. 8 o'clock they go to office, yup.. the time when I still sleeping. :D

I usually have something different for breakfast every day if I have time. Yesterday, I made shrimp dumplings and today I'm having sticky rice. But if I'm in a hurry, I eat toast, pizza, or ramen.

i sometimes eat bread toasts or hot dogs. and sometimes i eat noodles. other than this we have many breakfast items in india, called idli with sambhar, dosa(rice crepes),upma, vermecelli upma, pesarattu ,poori, chapathi, parata, vada, uttappam(like pancake),ragi dosa, poha upma, dokla ,dahi vada ,missi roti, kachori, curd rice, lime rice ,tamarind rice, sabudana kichidi etc . for idli and dosa we make batter previous day night only and keeps for fermentation till morning and makes idli and dosa. we make each day one variety of above breakfast items i have told. Indian breakfast recipes are plenty. Breakfast is the first meal of the day, preceding lunch or dinner and is typically eaten in the morning. Many nutritionists consider breakfast a very important meal, since it provides vital nourishment and energy for starting the day. Indian breakfast dishes varies widely between south and north: In South India, the most popular breakfast is an assortment with several possible main dishes, such as idli, Pongal, vada, dosa and chapati etc . These are most often served with hot sambar and at least one kind of chutney (usually coconut chutney). Breakfast is usually followed by a cup of tea or coffee, both made with milk and sugar. The usual North Indian breakfast consists of paratha breads with fresh butter, cooked spicy vegetables especially aloo sabji (Potato). Popular accompaniments include sweets like jelabi, halwa, and sweetened milk. In urban areas, omlettes and simple butter sandwiches are becoming a popular breakfast food. i don;t like to skip breakfast and so i take daily any of the above items.as i am in other country also ,i make indian breakfast items only in my house now and i feel my stomach won;t fill without those items i have told.

I rarely eat breakfast in the morning. For whatever reason when I have cereal in the morning the milk doesnt mix well with the hot weather we have here so I usually skip breakfast all together. And yeah I could just have something else without milk but I just dont. I usually only eat dinner and a snack here and there throughout the day if I am not running around or doing housework. I make sure the kids eat breakfast everyday though.

Wow, you are a very good wife that you make almost different breakfasts everyday. I like to have different breakfast everyday, but I don't have any choice, as I don't like to buy so many foods in my home, so I normally have noodles for breakfast. Today I ate toast with ham, yes, it was good.

Usually I love to eat different breakfast everyday. There are times that I want pancakes for breakfast and the next day, I want something else. Its good to make different kinds of breakfast everyday so that breakfast at home will not be boring to the family. I used to cook for my family when I still live with my parents. They never get bored with my cooking. Everyday is a new taste for them.

They say that 'variety is the spice of life', and so I apply that when deciding what to consume for my breakfast each day. The only thing that's standard fare for my breakfast is my usual cup of freshly brewed coffee. Other than that, anything goes. Usually I will have fresh bread with butter and peanut butter, toast with jam, or sandwich with bacon, pork or chicken. Sometimes, I also make French toast. Other days, I will have muffins or cakes, and I'll alternate that with French pastries, curry puffs or dumplings. Occasionally, when I feel like it, I will make myself a bowl of noodles. There's lots of things I can eat, and that's why I usually enjoy my breakfast. That's important, being the first meal of the day. It gets me off to a good start.

Hello mermaidivy, I am always at lost. Sometimes I just don't know what to prepare for the three meals a day. I am lucky that both my husband and I don't eat together during weekdays. I always try to prepare dinner every day. As for breakfast, if I don't really know what to do, I just fry some nuggets.

Hi, mermaidivy! I don't really have breakfast everyday. I have it when I am very hungry. Sometimes, I don't even eat in the early mornings. I may eat at 11 a.m. I don't know why but that is how I have been since I was little. When I was young, I used to do the same thing in high school. Ask me why? I don't know... But, I love eating breakfast when I have a hunger for it. I do know that eating breakfast makes one not be tempted to gain weight.

That's why breakfast is important for the day, it fills you up so you won't feel hungry until afternoon or later the day, at least for me :-) Thanks for sharing! :-)

ALmost the same everyday.....fish and eggs. Sometimes, I hate it when my father prepares nothing but eggs. I have this feeling that my cholesterol level is so high lately. Apparently, he is the one to prepare breakfast and I could only get to help when I wake up early. I have no problem with fish but eggs tend to cause me allergies.

My wife and I usually have the same food for breakfast every morning because we are a little bit lazy and have no time to cook rich breakfast. We usually eat porridge or bread and soybean milk for our breakfast. We don't care much what to eat. We just take some food not to make our stomache feel sick.

We hardly have time to plan breakfast, I know, people say its the most important meal of the day... i guess its because we are late sleepers and its really hard to wake up early in the mornings. Sometimes I wake up with just enough time to take a bath and get ready for work so I skip breakfast altogether. Its good that you have time to prepare breakfast, I want to be able to do that to, especially with the kids growing up and all. They usually have bread and sandwich spread or egg for breakfast. During weekends, when we can have late breakfast, I get to give them cereals or hotdog sandwiches.

Every morning for breakfast, I eat 2 slices of toast (usually light bread like "weight watchers" with margarine and sugar free jam and 2 eggs. I find that a little bit of protein with your meal fills you up for quite a long time, then you don't feel the need to snack mindlessly on stuff you shouldn't be eating. I usually have a snack around 11:00 a.m. (yogurt or a piece of fruit).

i guess it all depends if i am actually up when it is time for breakfast. i traditionally would have eggs, bacon, pancakes, and or waffles or if i was going somewhere maybe one of those sausage and egg biscuits with a hash brown i am rarely up in the morning in time to have breakfast but when i am that is usually what i have i should probably try to have some cereal once in awhile for breakfast when i am up that would probably be a nice change from some of the others that i eat at that time.

No not exactly. I think I am not that kind of person who has regular break past but I do have three to four days a week. I might have few slice of bread and omlet which is good enough to eat. Some times I used to eat those slice with Jam also. Even I drink milk every day after eating my break fast or sometimes just milk.
