now day we have a wide variety of low cal sweetners, colestrol free butter, diet cokes, sugar free drinks, olive oils, skimed milk, fat free cheese etc. in out markets. and at the same time we have pannel of people saying that these products are synthetic n is not good for our health. their nutritional value is almost zero and instead of helping us they have a worse effect on our body. me n my husband, we both r obeese n we are using some of these low fat options in our daily cooking. Is it safe for us?? i m looking forward for a suggests from those friends who are using these items or have any knowledge regarding their usage.

Hi, I believe that many of these low fat products have some good things and are helpful. However,be on the lookout for any potential harmful effects . We have a low fat butter substitute which we use. However,I have found that product has slightly higher sodium content than the normal High-Fat version . So,we still need to be careful. Regards -Sweety_81

well i don't think that they are harmful to our health , but u should ask some dietitian abt this because im not 100% suer about this .. but to loose weight u should also do exercise, this will help in a larger extent than cutting of ur diet to such foods.happy mylotting
