which time is better fo exercise, Morning or evening...............

Do you like to do exercise daily? If yes then which time better for to do the exercise. I mean you do exercise in morning or at evening. Actually i like to do this in the morning. I think it is best time to do this. i know some people do exercise in the evening. but i prefer it morning time. What do you say about this?

I've never been a morning person, so I definitely have to say that I would rather work out at night. Less people are out, and it's cooler, and parking is usually better - so why not? I live in a generally safe area, too, so there's really no reason NOT to exercise in the evening.

I don't exercise that much although I know that I need to. As for a schedule, right now I don't have one, so anytime would be good. Although I think morning would be better because I think i've heard you have more energy after a nice exercise. Although at evening it'd probably be fine to but since you'd be more tired it might just energize you momentarily and then make you sleepy, giving you a better chance for a good night's sleep. I don't know if what I claim is true, but it may be. Then again it might be true for some and not for others depending on their work and how tired they get.

I completely agree with you that exercise is better in the morning. I have always felt this because I have often heard that exercising boosts your metabolic rate therefore you burn off more food after you have eaten. After saying that though I do exercise more in the evening, mainly after work as it's just far more convenient for me and I find I would be stretched to find the time in the morning.
