do you lift weights?

A month ago I was introduced to Cardio Boxing, Hip Hop Workout and Retro Dancing as enjoyable forms of exercise. Among the three, I enjoyed Cardio Boxing the most - especially since it also targets the abs-area during the routines.
This month I joined a gym and have attended similar classes and also used their equipment for more cardio workout (especially the treadmill) and for abs workout (the machine for crunches, I have no idea what you call that). Now I have decided to lift weights because my friend convinced me that it would benefit my fat loss program - and he promised that I would NOT turn into an Amazon Woman by lifting weights hahaha I would start applying the 3day program this afternoon after work and am hoping for great results.
Do you lift weights? Does it help? Do you think you need to lift weights?

well i do all those things that u have listed except lifting weight hehe. well i play in evening so i run a lot in that also i do crunches before going to play . well since ur a girl u can do these things , it will give u good figure , hehe.
for me i love to do my crunches every day and i have developed upper abbs haha.

Hello friend,
Good to know that you have found an enjoyable way of burning that extra flab out of your body. I started my weight loss mission 5 days ago and I have been running, doing sit ups and push ups all this while. Let's see who gets better results..
