Ice Cream Season Is Here-Time To Get A Blizzard

Hello everyone! After a long, cold and snowy winter, spring is finally here and I am thrilled. This means no more bulky winter coat or boots. The best part is that the ice cream stands are opening.
One of my favorite places to go is Dairy Queen. Blizzards are awesome. There are many different flavors to choose from. One of my favorites is strawberry/banana, and if I want some chocolate I have them add a little of the cocolate dip. It hardens and goes quite well with the fruit. And satisfies that cocolate craving.
Anyone else want to share their favorite blizzard flavor?

we don't really have a regular dairy queen close to us here. we used to have one near where i used to live, but it closed down. we have one near us, but its in an odd place as part of a convience store. it does have the full menu so they probably only want people to order the ice cream there. which is ok when it starts getting hotter. it is just down the road from a friendly's restaurant. it has been so long since i had a blizzard i wouldn't be able to tell you even what they have for them. i like anything with oreo's in it that can be so tasty. i really like the oreo's cookies and cream ice cream you can get in the stores, so anything like that and i'm good to go. this discussion is making me hungry for some ice cream.

Hi timhinyy, Oreos are one of my favorites. If I eat cookies and cream ice cream it has to be made with Oreos. Imitators should not be allowed, LOL.
Even McDonald's tries to imitate the blizzard and their peanut butter cup one is really good. I will get one of these when I really want chocolate.
I think I am going to go to the DQ after all this talk about blizzards:)
