Hi!!
What should you prefer doing to stay healthy???
I have decided to quit taking fast foods.I should follow a good diet.Last not not the least,I will practice yoga regularly. It has become very essential for me.

I will eat nutritious food ,get rid of junk food.For example,balanced with vegetables and meat,eat more fruits,soy products and dairy food.But i really want to eat french fries,indulge myself occasionally.Occasionally eat should be no problem,can not suppress me to.ha ha
I will also attach great importance to exercise,go running or walking every day.Sports let me more healthy,but oh,it takes a great deal of persecerance.Not only in this way every day to ensure adequate sleep are equally important.
Not only health,the skin will also be getting better and better,and you will be more beautiful.

Staying healthy is a good idea for anyone. What I do is I don't eat fast foods. This is not only unhealthy but not sure if the preparation is really clean. It is also advisable to plan your meal. Include fruits and vegetables. I also exercise. but instead of the regular exercise I do belly dance. I make sure to do the pre stretching first to condition my muscles and the body as a whole.

I may begin to run,I like runing and have breakfast.It is easy for healthy.Best wishes.

i am not said i quit taking a fast foods... but i will take it once a month....
and i also play football a lot, drinking water... maybe 3-4 litter a day... rest 8 hours... etc...

Eating right is the best way to keep healthy.I like fast foods and I don't know anyone that don't.To much of a good thing is bad.
