HELP! A friend has a problem regarding her EON Account

She just got her card from UnionBank and the teller told her that she needs to wait for 3 days to activate her account. And so she waited three days, afterwards she enrolled her card in the EON Cyberaccount website. This time, the website tells her to wait two more days for her Cyberaccount to get activated. Now the problem is, after two whole days, she went to the Cyberaccount website and tried to log-in. All she's getting is the following pop-up message: "Please enter a valid card number or userid." She got confused. When she tries to enroll the card again, it said that the card number is already enrolled in EBanking. Anyone else here who can help her?

she must wait for her card to be activated. and of course must give the correct username or id then correct password to log in. it is just simple. give it another week for her account to be active.

I think your friend already enrolled with EON Cyberaccount. I also experienced the same problem when I enrolled my EON card to Union bank online banking. When I registered my EON card in their online banking I also got the same message. Told her to try login in again to her account and use the Username and PIN number she registered. If after doing that she can't still open her account then that's the right time to contact her bank regarding that problem. Good luck to your friend.

Maybe you should really wait for at least one week just what spoiled explained. Then there will be no problem later on as soon as the Eon card is activated as what he had said. Anyway thanks for this informative discussion.

Hi there! I am confused too. Why did your friend had to enroll her EON card to a Cyber Account? I think the EON and Cyber Account are two different transactions. The EON card alone when activated can be used for Paypal transactions already. Maybe your friend should talk to the bank about her problem. The easiest way is to call their 24hour customer service. Ciao!

You know I never did any of that. After applying for the EON card I just waited for its activation and link the card to my Paypal account. That's it. I'm sure I never enrolled my EON in a Cyber account. I can also check if the Paypal transactions are successful cause Paypal emails me if the money has been transferred. I also check on my ATM the balance in my EON card. I have been transferring money from Paypal to my EON and I've been doing the same procedures every transfer. And every transaction is successful.

Tell your friend to call the bank's customer help numbers or she should visit the nearest bank branch and ask for assistance. It's no big deal, maybe it's just a password glitch. I'm sure the people at this bank could really help your friend.
