Many people using entrecard?

Do many of you bloggers use Entrecard as a source of traffic? Do you know they now have a cashout option where you can sell your credits back to entrecard? The rate is very low at $1 for 1000 credits, mind you if I had a few hundred thousand credits I wouldnt be complaining.
How many credits do you have on entrecard, and are you going to cash them out or use them for advertising? Do you believe the advertising gets you targeted visitors and more income?

I do not understand all these different sites and services and what they do and what the advantage is of investing in them (time-waise that is). This is all getting a bit complicated. Is there no one stop shopping option?
