I read some information that as adults we must keep sleeping deeply no more than 8 hours everyday . But I am aware of as a matter of fact the most of us can't keep it ,someone less than 5 hours . As for me sleeping become a very difficult thing because of much tasks that must be finished . So I am ywaning on working and tird of speaking anthing . I am busing on my job last a few days . So this is not normal for health . And you?

I sleep probably close to the eight hours you are supposed to sleep. I know i do wake up in the middle of the night just staring at the ceiling or even turning on the TV because i can't go back to sleep yet. I might end up being up for just 30 minutes and going back to sleep, but sometimes I'm up for two hours not knowing what to do and i don't want to leave my room as i might wake other people up in the house. I wish i didn't wake up in the middle of night and could sleep all through the night but i can't, I've been thinking about going to the doctor and trying to get some sleeping medicine to try and sleep through the night and maybe longer would be nice.

How paiful I feel once I am wake up in the midnight . I can't take any medicine for longer sleep because I am a teacher I have to keep myself sober . I am afraid of losing my minds with the medicine. So I have to do a lot of sports such as badminton ,tennis ,table-tennis , when I am feel very tired of body exersise I go asleep quickly . This is only my experience for myself . he he he

I don't get anywhere near 8 hrs. More like 5-6 hrs. I know I should be getting the 8 hrs because I drag all thru the day. Take cat naps here and there. I know if I did get the recommended 8 I would feel more energized and be able to take on additional tasks and/or hobbies. I just need to take the first step towards the recommended 8. I should try the natural remedies out there. I don't really want to resort to sleeping pills.

I sleep usually between 4 to 5 hours at night daily and about half an hour in the afternoon which refreshes me for the rest of the evening. I have been doing this for a very long time and i have found this to be adequate. Maybe in my childhood i must have been sleeping for 8 hours but can`t remember. As we grow older we sleep less and sometimes not at all. If we have a troubled mind then we cannot get sleep and so we keep popping pills which are bad for our system and health. I do yoga everyday which helps in getting good sleep.
