contraception

Every wife faces the dilemma of choosing the best contraception to use to prevent pregnancy. I am a forwarder of natural methods of family planning. I have been using cycle beads for months already and it has proven effective for me to prevent pregnancy. I guess I am just fortunate to have an understanding and cooperative husband who practices discipline and patience whenever I am not safe.

well i know one good way is the depo shot, what are cycle beads?

I would rather trust science than intuition. I'm not sure what 'cycle beads' are but I'm sure it has something to do with ovulating..In which case, it hasn't been proved 100% effective, so I would use some other kind of contraceptive too - such as birth control pills. *shrugs*. That's just my opinion. I'd rather not risk it.
