baby back ribs

I had some baby back ribs last weekend on Easter and they were so yummy and we had left overs of them and i had them for lunch the next couple of days. First you want to go to the store and of course purchase a slab of ribs and then you can cut them where you see no bone so don't cut just along the bones so the meat isn't on a bone to pick it up an eat. Throw them in a pan and you can boil them and that gets all the fat off and gets them prepared to be on the grill or in a slow cooker depending on what you like better a slow cooker or the grill. Either way you are cooking them you want to brush on some BBQ sauce of your choice and if you are going to use the grill every time you turn them over make sure you are adding more BBQ sauce as it does stick to the grill and want you want a good taste. If cooking in the slow cooker you can pour some water and BBQ sauce into the slow cooker and let them cook in there for a couple of hours. Hope i was able to help. ENJOY
