Is your boss regard highly to you?

If I work hard, my boss will regard highly to me. I always work hard, you know I am
work in the office. With nothing just stay the chair, I don’t know how my boss can
regard highly to me. Many persons tell me that you should flatter to your boss. But
I found that is not right. You will not always flatter to your boss. And will one
day, you will not flatter appropriately to your boss. So it will be very difficult
for you always flatter to your boss.
